CAPTIVA
This newly constructed home is located on a rare parcel having apposing views of both the Florida Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Paul was one of three creative designers that developed this empty lot into a stunning personal resort.
With the client’s sophisticated bold taste and wonderful art collection the goal was to have an upscale home that one would feel as comfortable in a bathing suit as in a tuxedo. The gallant use of color resonated with the Captiva lifestyle and is reflected in the cabinetry, custom tile work, furniture and fabrics.
