RUSSIAN HILL
This 1960s apartment was taken down to its bare bones and then completely rebuilt into a fabulous “residence in the sky”. A thousand-year-old ceramic sculpture, securely mounted on a bespoke pedestal, welcomes the visitor at the end of a barrel vaulted entry. Once in the main rooms, you are overwhelmed by the imposing San Francisco skyline.
Contemporary but relaxed, the interiors showcase a noteworthy African art and photography collection. The casework and most of the furniture was customed designed by the firm for comfort, elegance and to maximize storage and space.
