COLE VALLEY
Only the exterior walls of this building remained after the interior was completely gutted. A thoughtful re-arrangement of the interior rooms maximized the natural light while creating dynamic common living spaces. A new central staircase stands as one of the many examples where past and present effortlessly compliment each other in this new incarnation of the original 1913 home. Steeped in history but fresh with a contemporary core created a blend that fits both the family as well as the neighborhood.
